1. About the service

RideFly is an Iraqi online platform for searching and booking flight tickets, hotels, stays and visa services. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels and suppliers, displaying their available prices and terms at the time of search.

2. Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed after payment is completed successfully via the payment methods available to you at checkout. RideFly supports several payment methods that are being rolled out gradually; the methods actually usable are shown to you at the time of payment. Prices are shown in Iraqi Dinar and may include a service fee.

Prices, seats and rooms are subject to live availability and may change until payment is completed. The final amount is shown before you pay.

3. Traveler responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter (names as in passport, dates of birth, passport numbers and validity).

• Ensuring passport validity and the destination's entry/visa requirements.
• Arriving at the airport before the time required by the airline.
• Reviewing baggage rules and fare conditions before booking.

4. Changes & cancellation

Changes and cancellations are subject to the airline/hotel/supplier rules and the booked fare class, and fees may apply. Requests are handled by our office — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

RideFly is not liable for airline or hotel decisions (delays, flight cancellation, denied entry, schedule changes). Our role is to facilitate and follow up on your booking where possible. Our maximum liability does not exceed the service fee paid to us.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq; any dispute is resolved amicably or before the competent Iraqi courts.

RideFly is a brand operated by «أربع مواسم للسفر والسياحة» (the company's registered Arabic name), licensed to conduct travel & tourism activity by the Tourism Authority – Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Republic of Iraq, under professional practice license No. 826 (dated 29/09/2020), and registered with the Registrar of Companies – Ministry of Trade, Republic of Iraq, as a Limited Liability Company (private) under incorporation decision No. (م.ش.أ-02-000007677) dated 30/07/2018.
