Refunds & Cancellation

1. General principle

Refunds, cancellations and changes are subject to the airline, hotel or supplier rules and the booked fare class. Some discounted fares are non-refundable or non-changeable.

2. Flights

• Flexible tickets may allow changes/refunds for a fee per the airline.
• Discounted economy tickets may be non-refundable.
• Change fees and fare differences are calculated when the request is processed and communicated to you beforehand.

3. Hotels

Some rooms include free cancellation until a certain date; others are non-refundable. Each room's policy is shown at booking.

4. Visas

Visa service fees are non-refundable once processing has started, since work begins as soon as the request is submitted.

5. How to request a cancellation or change

Send your request via "My bookings" on the site or message us on WhatsApp with your booking number. Our office follows up with the supplier and informs you of any fees before proceeding.
